A slight twist on the Garage Sale – is a Donation. This is concept known as Circular Economy in 2020’s business trend terms which means simply, Diverting waste from the landfill and continuing the use beyond the single use and dispose.
In our family, we have been repurposing children’s clothing since our first cousins shared their beloved hand-me-downs generations ago. 1980’s threads repurposed between aunties, sisters, fashionistas. We are continuing this tradition in our friendship’s shared swap activities during our playdates and beyond to share with our community to reduce the family cost for threads.
Thinking of getting rid of your garage full of junk in a garage sale, we can help you with the process, by producing an online garage sale. Proceeds from the sale will most likely bring greater dollars than the random passer-buyers and relieve you of the stress of bargaining. We will enlist our workforce as a worker training program to share the experience of learning a business trade, to sale the item beyond the local economy, to a larger representation globally. Like 2000-late, platforms for selling, we will delve into the current apps/ sources for repurposed goods to learn marketing, promotion and sales techniques.
Items not sold can also be used by BanyanTri for child focused arts events, such as Angeles Evergreen Kick off Playdate Co-op Fall Harvest event.
Soon we will be accepting donations in fund value to continue our program of Child Co-op Membership to then share our playdate activities with well trained staff and our children’s friends. Creating community by supporting our shared experiences.
We greatly appreciate your support and can share our EIN for tax deductible donations.
Please contact us to help you de-clutter your life, so we can continue to create art!
